SOLSTICE RETREAT


June 17-22, 2024 GOZO, MALTA 

ENTER THE SPIRAL is a Continuum and Somatic Movement retreat that explores fluidity, the spiral of life and consciousness. Exploring ancient origins of our humanity, and the natural flow of life that informs inner and outer experiences. Resilience emerges by fostering flexibility for moving between different bandwidths inherent to life. Be enveloped by the magic in Malta, take in mysterious megalithic temples and archaeological sites. Using sound we explore the archaeoacoustics ancient ancestors were well versed in. Walk and move in nature along glorious soaring sea cliffs, swim and paddle in aquamarine waters and explore sea caves. Each day we journey deep within ourselves using breath, sound, movement, and various awareness practices to support our unfolding experience.

 

ACCOMMODATIONS

The enchanting island of Gozo, Malta will be our home base. Accommodation is a charming limestone farmhouse style family run Bed & Breakfast – a traditional Gozitan house of character. Accommodations are located in a picturesque countryside village an easy walk to basic town amenities and Gozo’s most wondrous sea cliffs. There is a swimming pool to float and relax around each day.

FLIGHTS

Flights can be taken into many major cities of Europe as a hub – London, Paris, Rome, Milan, Frankfurt, Copenhagen, Barcelona, Madrid, Munich with a connecting flight to Malta.

Flights should be scheduled to arrive on the Sunday late afternoon at Malta International Airport, Luqa, Malta for pick up and evening welcome dinner.

Departure flights should be scheduled for Saturday PM with check out of accommodations in the AM after breakfast.

TRANSPORT

Airport pick up and drop off at designated times.
